Raymond's First Christmas

Here are some photos from Raymond's first Christmas. He wore special PJs which I bought for him a few weeks ago and had embroidered with his name.

Enjoy!

Raymond & Daddy watch the Patriots vs. Jets

Since we had to cancel the baptism, my dad, Raymond Edward and I watched the Patriots beat the New Jersey Jets today to remain undefeated at 14-0. Here's a nice little pic of the boy and during the game. Enjoy!

December Nor'easter forces Raymond's Baptism to be postponed

A winter storm hit the Northeast today dumping nearly 10 inches of snow (more than a foot with snow drifts) and forcing Danielle and I to postpone Raymond Edward's Christening. We were all so disappointed that we could have hit today however; I think we made the right decision. Danielle's mother, father, sister, aunt and uncles all would have had to make their way from New Hampshire, through treacherous road conditions, to be here and, if anyone got into an accident we would have never forgiven ourselves.

My father summed it up well when he said "It was completely out of your control. One act of god superseded another act of god."

Well said Dad. Anyway, if it was any consolation, Raymond Edward and I had a chance to watch the football game together.

Stay tuned for dates and times for the rescheduled baptism. Hope all are well and safe.

Raymond Edward Endorses Hillary Clinton for President

Boston, Dec. 1 - Raymond Edward Santos, two month-old, political activist and supporter of infant and children's rights, today announced his formal endorsement of Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton for president of the United States.

"I'm supporting Hillary because she's a mommy, and we all know how strong, smart and hard-working mommies are," said Raymond Edward Santos, in an afternoon press briefing. "I know that with Hillary in the White House, she will work tirelessly to create a world where every baby and child is cherished, loved, and able to fulfill his or her potential."

Raymond Edward also noted that Sen. Clinton's support of increasing access to high-quality early education and her work to pass the Family and Medical Leave Act were major factors in his decision.

When asked if he was interested in a position in a Clinton White House, Raymond Edward said only that he might consider ambassador to Disney World.

Santos didn’t have any immediate plans to appear with Sen. Clinton however; he did note that his Grandma and Grampa live in Londonderry, NH and that he was hoping for a chance to see her before the primary.
